What's the Difference Between Purchasing and Licensing Artwork?
Why Own When You Can Rent?
There are many situations when licensing a design is much more cost effective than commissioning a custom piece of art.
CyberArt Studios has many unique designs to choose from, and offers various types of license agreements to accommodate most budgets.
We also specialize in modifying our existing artwork to fit your unique needs. It cost less than having new artwork created from scratch.
What is Digital Art?
Digital art is a general term for artwork that uses digital technology as an essential part of the creative process. Digital artwork by Michael Spano is created using Digital Painting Software and a Wacom Tablet.
Why Use Digital Art?
Technology has changed the rules and increased expectations.
Working in a digital medium allows us to bend the rules and meet those continually increasing expectations. We can combine drawing and painting techniques that are not possible with conventional mediums. Digital Art techniques allow us to create many variations of a design in a fraction of the time that conventional techniques would require. This enables us to achieve a highly customized deliverable, and provides the client with more options in less time, using a more efficient process. LESS TIME – MORE OPTIONS – LOWER COST
How is Art by Spano created?
Many of my designs start out sketched on paper, and are then scanned into Photoshop and digitally painted.
Since the mid 90′s most of my artwork is created by drawing and painting digitally. The scanned sketches, or photos for portraits, are refined in Photoshop and then painted using PS and Corel Painter. All work, other than text, is hand done, stroke by stroke using a Wacom Tablet.
